Information about withdrawal Right of withdrawal You have the right to withdraw from this agreement within 30 days without giving any reasons.

The withdrawal period is 30 days from the date: 

● on which you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), took possession of the goods, insofar as you ordered one or more goods under one order and they were delivered simultaneously;

● on which you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), took possession of the last goods, insofar as you ordered multiple goods under one order and they were delivered separately. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this agreement. This can be done via email: support@trendoravibes.com.

You can use the attached model withdrawal form for this, but this is not mandatory. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the message about the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires. Consequences of withdrawal If you withdraw from this agreement, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the standard delivery offered by us), immediately and no later than 30 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. We will use the same payment method for this refund that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In no case will this refund incur any additional costs for you.

We may refuse the refund until we:

● have received the returned goods. or

● you have demonstrated that you returned the goods, depending on which occurs first. You must return or deliver the goods to us immediately and no later than 30 days from the date you informed us of the withdrawal from the contract. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the 30-day period expires. The direct costs of returning the goods are your responsibility. You are only liable for the depreciation of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling the goods that exceeds what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. Reasons for exclusion and expiration of the right of withdrawal The right of withdrawal does not apply to agreements:

● for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and that have been manufactured based on an individual choice or decision of the consumer;

● for the supply of goods that are perishable or have a limited shelf life;

● for the supply of alcoholic beverages for which the price has been agreed upon in the contract, but which cannot be delivered earlier than 30 days after the conclusion of the contract and whose value depends on market fluctuations;

● for the supply of newspapers, magazines, or periodicals, with the exception of subscriptions. The right of withdrawal ceases prematurely in case of contracts:

● for the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, if the seal has been broken after delivery;

● for the supply of goods that are inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature;

● for the supply of audio and video recordings and computer software in a sealed package, if the seal has been broken after delivery. Example of a cancellation form: In any case.
